If you dont know what Mehndi is, look it up - it's a traditional art from India, used at weddings and celebrations and such, dont with a plant dye (henna paste) and painted on the hands. It usually leaves a stain that lasts a few weeks..
but ive so far been unable to find fresh henna in shops anywhere, and this probably wont stay on my hands at all. But it's my first real try If anyone lives near me or has an idea where to get some henna, or how to make the stain last, let me know . Will probably be scrapping this later.
Sorry about the bad quality photo, i took it with my webcam.
a tattoo needle should be juuuuust right.
my girlfriend has similar tattoos - henna designs on her back...they are very awesome.
some things are made to last a lifetime.
lol. I wish they would last at least a few weeks, but i lifetime? I dont think i'd like to have an actual tattoo - my sister has a few and is getting another soon, but i dont like them.
Are your gf's tats real, or done with henna...?

Thanks The stain didnt last long, but it was fun giving it a go. My boyfriend had one on his foot for a week or two, far more detailed, much nicer. Should have taken a photo...
